Huntington Beach is an active place where everyone always wants to look good! That is why OC Beach Bodies Personal Fitness Training has put together a boot camp fitness program to do just that. And it’s only nine bucks!
When: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Time: 9:15-10:15am
Where: Lake Street Park in Huntington Beach

What to bring
Bring your game face and a good attitude, because we’re about to work hard and get into great shape! Really
all you need is a mat or towel and a water bottle. Resistance bands and all other equipment is provided.
What you can expect
First of all, expect to have tons of fun getting into great shape! Each session is an hour long, and we always
get a full-body work out. We will start with a light warm-up and lots of stretching. Then we do cardio, strength and resistance, and core training in throughout every session. The variety of exercises will keep you guessing, and we never do the same workout twice. Of course, we always cool down with more stretching.

Questions:
What if I have to miss a session?
No problem. Just come and make it up as soon as you are able.
What if I’m not in very good shape? Will I be left behind?
Our workouts are specifically designed to meet everyone at their level. No one is here to compete and no one has to try and prove anything. Instead, boot camp is NOT a threatening environment that is very supportive and motivating.
How often should I attend?
Ideally, to get the best results as soon as possible, you should come three days a week. However, you can come only one, two or three days a week, as your schedule allows.
Can I bring my kids?
Sure! Lake Street Park has a great playground that is fully visible from where we workout.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! You will not only have more fun when you bring friends, but there is a 50% off referral discount offer. So spread the word!
